Our microbiological testing includes analysis using Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC) approved methods for Aerobic Plate Count (APC), Acidophiles, APC Swab, Coliform, E coli, Enterobacteriacea, Listeria, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Total Plate Count Colonies, yeast and/or mold, and Staphylococci - coagulase positive. All of our testing is in conformance with standards approved by the AOAC.
USDA, API, and A2LA Certification
We are USDA certified for aflatoxin testing and continually undergo third-party proficiency testing by the American Proficiency Institute (API). We are currently undergoing ISO-17025 certification by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).
